For most questions, the Manager Portal already has answers! Click on the “Help” button in the top right corner to access a list of potential issues.

In other cases, a form will appear requesting the information for our support team to provide a relevant solution.
📝 Note: To track responses, go to the “Inbox” in your “Help” section. You won’t receive an email when you receive a new response, so make sure to check the “Inbox” often.
