New featuresShows the stores from which a user has ordered in the past reducing the effort of users to re-order. Please note that this feature is only available on mobile devices.
Rewards Partners with great performance. We want to boost partners that maintain good ratings, low cancellation rates and low wait times, thereby leading to a great customer experience.
Increases the average number of distinct stores from which users order, analyzing the user’s previous orders and figures out store tags the user prefers to order. Based on it we show users up to 3 different preferable tags.
Helps new users reduce their effort to order by showing them the popular stores that other users order from.
Foster new stores discovery and diversifies users’ orders. This widget shows all stores that are less than 30 days old in Glovo. While ranking we try to take into account 3 factors – the popularity of a new store, the newness of the store (to improve fairness for partners) and distance from the user.
