Deliver your orders faster with the “Mark as ready” button

*The following article applies only to stores with the Mark as ready feature enabled.

This new feature will allow you to indicate when an order is prepared and ready. After you press the “Mark as ready” button, the courier will be notified that the order is ready to pick-up.

Click on the “Mark as ready” button to indicate when an order is prepared and ready so that we can immediately notify the courier to pick it up.  This way you’ll improve your order delivery time!

How does it work?

• Press the “Mark as ready” button right after you finish preparing each order. You’ll find it besides each accepted order on the Orders app. 
• Right after you press the “Mark as ready” button the courier will be notified that the order is ready to pick up.
• The new feature could assign a new courier that is closest to pick up the order that’s already prepared for a quicker delivery. 
• The courier will ask to pick up the order by showing their pick-up code.
• Take into account that if you don’t press the “Mark as ready” button, the courier will wait outside of your store and will delay to pick up the order because he/she wouldn’t have been notified about the order being ready. Therefore it’s important that you remember to click it.
